We offer a variety of treatment techniques. We will help you determine the treatment appropriate for you.

SWEDISH MASSAGE
In the 1800’s Peter Ling popularized Swedish massage as a way to treat soft tissue pain and injury. It’s also good for relaxation. Oils or lotions are used for the treatment.

N.I.S.A.
N.I.S.A. spreads the tissue to relieve pain and constriction in the fascia, which is the connective tissue that wraps around the muscles, bones and organs of the body. The N.I.S.A. series consists of 12 sessions that work systematically through the body to improve posture and relieve pain.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
This light and effective osteopathic treatment manipulates the fascia.

REFLEXOLOGY
A treatment of reflex points in the feet, which affects other parts and organs of the body.
